MISSION
To advance innovative Sustainment, Installations, and Environmental education and training that prepares ARNG logisticians and engineers for all Federal and State missions as an operational force.
VISION
Provide a rigorous and relevant learning experience to logistics, installations, and environmental professionals that replicates the dynamic operational environment.
The Sustainment, Installations and Environmental Battalion (SIEB) is the ARNG’s training resource for individual functional training supporting the Guard sustainment, installation management, and environmental communities. In coordination with the ARNG G-4 and G-9, SIEB delivers job-focused training to the full-time workforce in a broad range of disciplines.
Working continually to modernize courseware, instructional techniques, and technology to address emerging requirements of the Operational Force, SIEB delivers education and training that prepares logisticians and engineers for all Federal and State missions.
