Personnel & Organizational Readiness Battalion (PORB)

The mission of the Personnel & Organizational Readiness Battalion (PORB) is to enhance readiness by providing full-time National Guard personnel with the formal training and professional development necessary to execute critical administrative and operational tasks in support of mission requirements. PORB offers a professional atmosphere to deliver current and standardized instruction, preparing Soldiers and civilians for Federal and State missions, both home and abroad.

PORB delivers critical vocational training as well as timely procedural and policy guidance across five G1 courses, three G3 courses, and one CSG course, each designed to meet mandatory ARNG training requirements (IAW NGR 600-5) to enhance unit and individual readiness.
